Regarding the sale of surplus land on Bastanchury (former tree farm) should be designated as a park or recreational area.
Selling the land for housing would create negative impact on the Peppermill Run community in the following ways: Morning traffic, student pedestrian safety, traffic congestion, accidents at Bastanchury & Parks and further traffic backup with only 1 exit to Parks road for Peppermill Run residents.

Has anyone from the city seen the state of the Bastanchury land? It's almost enough to make anyone depressed. There's waste and trash that could wash into the creek. There are signs that a person(s) is living there now. This is not something that can be ignored. Someone should seriously look at this.

Accidentally I have come across this website and am a little bit confused about the details shared here. Good to know that the sale of photoeditingindia.com surplus land on Bastanchury (former tree farm) should be designated as a park or recreational area. I am expecting more details on that and keep sharing the updates here.
