RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO AMEND TITLE 15 OF THE FULLERTON MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO PROPERTY OWNERSHIP The City of Fullerton is declaring its intention to consider amendments to Fullerton Municipal Code Title 15 (Zoning Ordinance) pertaining to property ownership. 4. LRP-2021-0004. RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO AMEND TITLE 15 OF THE FULLERTON MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO HOUSING The City of Fullerton is declaring its intention to consider amendments to various sections of the Fullerton Municipal Code Title 15 (Zoning Ordinance) to support the furtherance of housing production and bring the code into compliance with recent amendments to State housing law.
