PUBLIC COMMENTS - Public comments will be allowed on matters not appearing on the agenda, but within the Planning Commission’s/Landmarks Commission’s jurisdiction. Comments must be emailed to planning@cityoffullerton.com by 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting and will be read into the record within the normal time allotted to each speaker.
