APPLICANT AND PROPERTY OWNER: PACIFIC COAST HOMES Request to extend the deadline for completion of two Conditions of Approval for Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 17609 (VTTM 17609) for the West Coyote Hills development project. The two conditions that are requested to be extended were triggered by the VTTM Final Approval Date (March 1, 2019). The request does not include modifications to the project, the map, or conditions of approval. The property is bounded on the north by the City of La Habra, on the east by Euclid Street, on the west by the Hawks Pointe development and City of La Mirada, and on the south by Rosecrans Avenue and the Nora Kuttner and Castlewood Trails.     Good evening, Chair, Commissioners, and Staff. I kindly ask that you vote in favor of the deadline extension for PCH on the basis of reasons listed in Project Manager Ivan Jimenez's letter. I urge that the Commission comment on the need for PCH to do a better-than-expected job on the GHG sustainability plan & trail improvements. No non-native invasive species should be allowed.
