APPLICANT AND PROPERTY OWNER: GOODMAN LOGISTICS CENTER, FULLERTON LLC The applicant proposes the redevelopment of the 65.4-net-acre former Kimberly-Clark site located at 2001 Orangethorpe Avenue, at the northeast corner of E. Orangethorpe Avenue and Acacia Avenue. The project involves the demolition of the existing Kimberly-Clark manufacturing facility (1,210,720 square feet), and redevelopment of the site as an industrial logistics center with four buildings, resulting in a total floor area of approximately 1,561,522 square feet and associated office space (105,000 square feet). The new buildings are designed to be used for fulfillment center and cold storage uses.
