2. PRJ2019-00173 – LRP-2019-0085, SUB-2019-0025, ZON-2019-0152, ZON-2019-0153. APPLICANT AND PROPERTY OWNER: GOODMAN LOGISTICS CENTER, FULLERTON LLC The applicant proposes the redevelopment of the 65.4-net-acre former Kimberly-Clark site located at 2001 Orangethorpe Avenue, at the northeast corner of E. Orangethorpe Avenue and Acacia Avenue. The project involves the demolition of the existing Kimberly-Clark manufacturing facility (1,210,720 square feet), and redevelopment of the site as an industrial logistics center with four buildings, resulting in a total floor area of approximately 1,561,522 square feet and associated office space (105,000 square feet). The new buildings are designed to be used for fulfillment center and cold storage uses. 3. LRP-2020-0014. AMENDMENTS TO TITLE 15 OF THE FULLERTON MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO NOISE STANDARDS AND REGULATION The Planning Commission will consider and make a recommendation to the City Council regarding amendments to Title 15 (Zoning) of the Fullerton Municipal Code regarding the regulation of noise standards in the City.
