APPLICANT AND PROPERTY OWNER: GOODMAN LOGISTICS CENTER, FULLERTON LLC The applicant proposes the redevelopment of the 65.4-net-acre former Kimberly-Clark site located at 2001 Orangethorpe Avenue, at the northeast corner of East Orangethorpe Avenue and Acacia Avenue. The project involves the demolition of the existing manufacturing facility (1,210,720 square feet), and redevelopment of the site as an industrial logistics center with four buildings, resulting in a total floor area of approximately 1,561,522 square feet and associated office space (105,000 square feet).
