1. NEW VISION PROJECT ADDITION FOR 2021-22 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) PREPARTION

1. Direct staff to add the New Vision project as a CIP project, not to exceed $100,000, for the inclusion in the 2020-21 CIP preparation in January 2021 and designate the Restricted Account where funds will be expended from.

2. Direct staff to create a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for soliciting qualifications from professional firms to prepare a master plan, which would include planning, design, and cost estimates, not to exceed $75,000, to address the current and future needs of the library’s interior space for optimal utilization and to adjust to changes in patron use, technology, and emerging patterns and needs. Designate the Restricted Account where funds will be expended from.
