2. ZON-2020-0034. APPLICANT: ALFONSO CISNEROS, GARCIA’S SOUTH OF THE BORDER CANTINA AND GRILL; PROPERTY OWNER: CEDAR MOUNTAIN, LLC. (Continued from November 18, 2020) Request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for a Type 47 ABC License (on-site sale of beer, wine and distilled spirits) for an existing restaurant (Garcia’s South of the Border Cantina & Grill), which includes entertainment, per FMC 15.30.030.3.B.21, currently operating under an Administrative Restaurant Use Permit (ARUP-2014-02B) located at 136 West Commonwealth Avenue. 2. PRJ2019-00173 – ZON-2019-0152 (ZON-2021-0005). APPELLANT: GOODMAN LOGISTICS CENTER, FULLERTON LLC In November 2020, the City Council approved the redevelopment of the 65.4-net-acre former Kimberly-Clark site located at 2001 East Orangethorpe Avenue, at the northeast corner of the Orangethorpe Avenue and Acacia Avenue. Subsequent to the approval, the applicant is requesting to modify the approved Site Plan. The Fullerton Municipal Code (FMC) allows minor modifications to site plans to be reviewed by the Director of Community and Economic Development. The Director has determined that the proposed modifications are not minor. Pursuant to FMC 15.76.170, the applicant has filed an appeal of the determination by the Director to the Planning Commission.
