4. WATER BILL DISPUTE PANEL Summary: Five Committee members appointed to serve as review board for any water bill disputes. Recommended Action: Appoint Committee members

5. WATER RATE FUNDING & PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION STATUS Presentation by: Meg McWade, Public Works Director Recommended Action: Receive and file.

6. ARTERIAL STREET SB1 PROJECT Presentation by: David Grantham, Principal Civil Engineer Recommended Action: Provide direction.

7. CIP PROJECT STATUS Presentation by: David Grantham, Principal Civil Engineer Recommended Action: Receive and file. STAFF/COMMITTEE COMMUNICATION Committee members may ask a question for clarification, make a brief announcement, and make a brief report on his/her own activities, request staff to report back at a subsequent meeting concerning any matter, or take action to direct staff to place a matter of business on a future agenda. Staff may also communicate with the Committee and ask questions at this time.
