2. ZON-2021-0126. APPLICANT: CARMINA JAIME; PROPERTY OWNER: LANDMARK PLAZA PARTNERS. Request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to add a Type 40 ABC License (Bar/Tavern - on-site sale of beer) to an existing personal service (salon/barber) business to comply with Fullerton Municipal Code (FMC) Chapter 15.31, on property located at 122 North Harbor Boulevard (East side of Harbor Boulevard, approximately 55-feet south from the intersection of Harbor Boulevard and Amerige Avenue). 3. ZON-2021-0122. APPLICANT AND PROPERTY OWNER: DANIEL OGNEAN. Request for a Major Site Plan (MSP) to demolish a residential structure and construct two new dwellings and an accessory building which includes two dwellings on property located at 142 North Yale Avenue (East side of Yale Avenue, 110 feet south of Wilshire Boulevard). 4. LRP-2022-0001. APPLICANT: CITY OF FULLERTON. Proposal to amend Title 15 (Zoning) and Title 16 (Subdivisions) of the Fullerton Municipal Code (FMC) in order to be in compliance with the provisions of Senate Bill 9 (SB 9). SB 9 allows the construction of Two-Unit Developments and Urban Lot Splits within single-family residential zoning districts. These new provisions allow multiple units on a single-family lot as well as allowing existing lots to be split for new single-family developments. (Staff Planner: Vince Fregoso)
