3. LRP-2022-0001. APPLICANT: CITY OF FULLERTON. Proposal to amend Title 15 (Zoning) and Title 16 (Subdivisions) of the Fullerton Municipal Code (FMC) in order to be in compliance with the provisions of Senate Bill 9 (SB 9). SB 9 allows the construction of Two-Unit Developments and Urban Lot Splits within single-family residential zoning districts. These new provisions allow multiple units on a single-family lot as well as allowing existing lots to be split for new single-family developments.
