2. LRP-2022-0002. APPLICANT: CITY OF FULLERTON. The City of Fullerton is proposing to amend Title 15 (Zoning) of the Fullerton Municipal Code (FMC) to update the City’s Wireless Telecommunication standards. Specifically, the City will be proposing amendments to allow wireless facilities within the public right-of-way. (Staff Planner: Vince Fregoso)
3. LRP-2022-0001. APPLICANT: CITY OF FULLERTON. Proposal to amend Title 15 (Zoning) and Title 16 (Subdivisions) of the Fullerton Municipal Code (FMC) in order to be in compliance with the provisions of Senate Bill 9 (SB 9). SB 9 allows the construction of Two-Unit Developments and Urban Lot Splits within single-family residential zoning districts. These new provisions allow multiple units on a single-family lot as well as allowing existing lots to be split for new single-family developments. 4. SUB-2021-0005. APPLICANT: JEFF TSALYUK; PROPERTY OWNER: RUDI STEINHILBER. Request for a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide one parcel into three parcels on property located at 4005-4201 Artesia Avenue (North side of Artesia Avenue, approximately 1,275 feet east of the intersection of Artesia Avenue and Dale Street). 5. PRJ2021-00006 – ZON-2021-0032, SUB-2021-0002, LRP-2021-0006, LRP-2021-0007, LRP-2021-0008. APPLICANT AND PROPERTY OWNER: SHOPOFF REALTY INVESTMENTS, L.P. Request for the redevelopment of a 12.52-acre site located in a portion of the Sunrise Village Shopping Center, at the southwest corner of Euclid Street and Rosecrans Avenue. The project involves the demolition of 104,381 square feet of existing on-site uses (45% vacancy), retention and renovation (interior and exterior) of an existing 4,000 square foot building, and the construction of a 153-dwelling unit (DU) residential community, including 49 detached single-family residential homes and 104 townhomes on property located at 1144 Rosecrans Avenue, 1715/1723 Euclid Street, and 1701/1751/1801-1900 Euclid Street (Southwest corner of Euclid Street and Rosecrans Avenue).
