III. CDBG FUNDING RECOMMENDATIONS –Committee recommendation proposing the non-profit organizations and City Departments that shall be allocated CDBG funds to be expended in support of specific programs during the 2020-2021 fiscal year.

IV. PUBLIC COMMENT - Public comments will be allowed on matters not appearing on the agenda, but within the jurisdiction of the Community Development Citizens’ Committee.
