REGULAR BUSINESS

3. LAGUNA LAKE WATER CONSERVATION Establish new Capital Improvement Program (CIP) project to investigate the most cost-effective way to control excess water use at Laguna Lake.

1. Authorize addition of a new CIP project to the current fiscal year for Laguna Lake Restoration project.

2. Authorize $2,000,000 Budget Transfer from Sanitation Fund reserves to Laguna Lake Water Conservation.

4. COUNCIL UPDATE ON AS-NEEDED CONSULTANT SERVICES Request for approval to use two consulting firms to provide as-needed business and community outreach services.

1. Authorize Director of Public Works to execute Consultant Agreements with CALTROP Communications and Arellano Associates for consultant services, in a form approved by the City Attorney.

2. Authorize Director of Administrative Services to issue purchase orders to these firms for individual projects on an as-needed basis.
