I don't think short term rentals are the problem. Things described above can easily happen in a long term rental and I believe those that are offering short term rentals care very much about their rentals, the city of Fullerton and their neighbors, especially if they live on site, I agree with the overwhelming majority of comments here that short term rentals should be allowed in Fullerton.
